Little Melties are happy to provide a refund if your products have arrived damaged. Whilst every effort is made to ensure your melts are protected, we cannot be held responsible for damage once the item has left us.
Photo evidence must be provided and sent to email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the item. The return postage is at the cost of the sender as although broken, the item is still burnable by the customer.
We will not refund or accept returns if the scents are simply disliked so please ensure you read the scent description carefully before purchasing.
