How do I track my order?
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to Royal Mail. The tracking number won't confirm where your item is however it will confirm whether it has been delivered or not.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When completing your order, you will need to choose 1st or 2nd class postage. Once your order has been despatched, Royal Mail expect to deliver 1st class parcels in 1-2 working days and 2nd class parcels in 2-3 working days.
My order has arrived damaged or is incorrect
We apologise that there has been an issue with your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate this further.
Can I have a refund?
Any item may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in it's original condition.
When will my order be posted?
We attempt to despatch all orders within 1-3 working days. An email confirmation will be sent once the order has been despatched.
Safety & Care
How do I change my wax melt?
Light a tea light under the wax for approximately 30 seconds, this will soften the bottom of the wax and allow you to slide it out. Wipe any wax residue with a paper towel and portion your new wax into your burner.
Are your products safe for your pets?
Our products are made of synthetic oils and are therefore not toxic to animals however they can experience allergic reactions as can humans therefore we advise you to review the ingredients before purchasing for any allergens.
Are your products safe for pregnant women and newborns?
Our products do no contain essential oils however we do recommend that you consult with a GP before using any products.
Is your packaging recyclable?
The pots we use for our wax melts are made of 88% recycled material and are 100% recyclable. They have all the correct markings on them to allow them to be placed in your standard recycling bin.

What are Little Melties Rewards?
If you create an account on our website, we will reward you with 5 points for every £1 you spend. Every 100 points you collect is equivalent to £1 off future orders.
How do I create an account?
Use the 'Log In' link on our website to create your account. You can sign up using Facebook, a Google account or by using your email address.
How do I reset my password?
Use the 'Log In' link on the website, it will then provide you with the option to reset your password.
How do I use a wax melt?
Our wax melts use a wax which is a blend of coconut and rapeseed oil. You simply need to break off a segment of your wax melt and place it in your burner. One segment pot will provide fragrance for 80-100 hours.

How do I use a bath melt?
Our bath melts are made using cocoa butter, almond oil and fragrance. We recommend you use a quarter of a jar per bath.
How do I use a wardrobe freshener?
Hang one of our organza bags in your wardrobe or pop it in a draw and it will keep your clothes smelling fresh for 3-6 months.
How do I use a room spray?
Room sprays are the easiest way to give your home a spritz of fragrance and get rid of those unwanted unpleasant odours. In just a couple of sprays, your room will smell of one of our signature scents.
